Hello - I am a Yoga teacher as well as a vegetarian and so I am very conscious of what I put into my body and of course good sources of Omega 3. (I use your Sprouted Chia as well and love that!) I wanted to send you an email to say how impressed I am with your Sacha Inchi Seeds. I read about them on the internet and went out and bought a bag (not yours, another brand). I thought I was going to be sick – they were horrible! They tasted fishy and gave me a sick stomach. I threw them out immediately. I kept hearing about them though and could not understand what everyone was going on about – richest source of Omega 3, great for you, great snack. On my next visit to the health food store I asked the clerk and she told me to try yours. I could not understand why they had such a different taste and smell. I did a little digging online and found out why! Thank you so much – I now love, love, love my sacha inchi seeds. That with the Sprouted Chia keeps me going through my Yoga and beyond.
